Indodana is seeking a Field Collection Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering personalized financial solutions to our clients, leveraging your negotiation skills to help them overcome financial challenges. As a Field Collection Specialist, you'll visit clients' homes and businesses in Bali's vibrant neighborhoods, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll use tools like Salesforce and Google Maps to manage your daily routes efficiently. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or collection, with a proven track record in financial services or related industries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' homes and businesses to deliver personalized financial solutions and negotiate payment plans.
• Use Salesforce and Google Maps to manage your daily routes and track client interactions.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct financial assessments and present solutions to help clients improve their financial health.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the solutions provided and to address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the field operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay updated with the latest financial products and services offered by Indodana.
• Report on your daily activities and client interactions to the field operations manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or collection, with a proven track record in financial services or related industries.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Maps is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
