📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the implementation of maritime technology projects, ensuring alignment with port operations and strategic goals.
• Lead the development and integration of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation into port infrastructure.
• Optimize port operations by leveraging data analytics and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and improve port performance.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of maritime technology systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff on the use of maritime technology tools and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime technology management, with a focus on port operations and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maritime technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of maritime software and systems, including VTS (Vessel Traffic Service), AIS (Automatic Identification System), and cargo handling systems.
