📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.
- Assist chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet peak dining times.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Assist with food presentation and plating.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Experience with Mexican and Filipino cuisine is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
