📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment collection from clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor the health of accounts receivable.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our accounting software, SAP.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software, particularly SAP.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
