📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitals, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall healthcare experience.
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards, including those set by the provincial health department.
• Collaborate with local hospitals and other stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the healthcare team.
• Represent the hospital at local and national healthcare conferences and events.
• Develop and manage the hospital's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support patient care and operational needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital administration, with a proven track record of success in leading healthcare organizations.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the provincial health department.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall healthcare experience.
• Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
