As a Professional Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality espresso-based beverages and other specialty drinks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks,Maintain and clean espresso machines and other coffee equipment,Ensure the quality and freshness of coffee beans and other ingredients,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines,Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies,Participate in staff training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry,Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds,High school diploma or equivalent experience
