📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading the development and implementation of warehouse solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact projects.
Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Defining product roadmaps and prioritizing projects based on business goals and customer needs.
Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Representing Shopee at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership and industry relationships.
Mentoring and developing the skills of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in product management, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of delivering successful products and projects.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
