📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate MEP project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the purchasing process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Utilize project management tools such as Primavera P6 to track project progress and manage timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor the installation of MEP systems and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Maintain a well-organized administrative system for purchasing and project documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP engineering and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on administrative and purchasing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
