📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Use HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage employee data and HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on Human Capital strategies.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
