📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.,Proficient in using basic office software and computer systems.
