📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance appraisals, and training records.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR metrics.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR assistance or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
