📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their learning experiences.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
