📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
