📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
