SHIFT Indonesia is looking for a Lead Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing tax advisory services to our clients.,As a Lead Tax Officer, you will work closely with our tax team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, audits, and planning. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members.,If you have a strong background in tax law and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tax developments, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax-related activities, including tax filings, audits, and planning.,Provide tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments.,Train and mentor junior staff members, and provide guidance and support to the tax team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and reporting.,Analyze tax-related data and provide insights and recommendations to management.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures, and ensure their effectiveness and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with the last 3 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, Income Tax, and Corporate Tax.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
