📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Train and mentor retail sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and address customer complaints and concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Promote the company's products and services through various marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Understanding of the coffee and food industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
