📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily food production process, ensuring high-quality food and adherence to food safety standards.,Manage and train a team of line cooks to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure optimal use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring a variety of high-quality dishes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
