Diamond Gold Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the fleet operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize fleet availability.,Manage fuel and lubricant inventory, and ensure timely procurement and distribution.,Conduct regular fleet inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Provide training and support to drivers and fleet personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
