📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel for training and development activities.
