📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with culinary software and kitchen management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Certifications in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) are a plus.
