📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Facilitate employee development through training and performance management,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions,Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR information systems and software,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proven track record of success in a similar role
