As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure our products reach the right customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Conduct market research and gather feedback to improve sales strategies.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.

Submit regular sales reports and follow up on pending orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
