📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze driver performance data to identify trends and patterns, using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve driver engagement and retention.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions with drivers to gather insights and address concerns.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports on driver performance and engagement metrics.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver productivity and satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to the SPX Express management team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with logistics operations and delivery management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
