📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and interact with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipeline, and update customer information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.
• Submit regular reports on customer visits, sales activities, and market trends to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic field environment.
