📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Process and manage customer orders and shipments.
  • Assist in maintaining store records and files.
  • Support the store manager in planning and organizing store events and promotions.
  • Assist in cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new store staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and processes.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
