📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and high-quality care to stroke patients in accordance with the latest medical guidelines and standards.,Assess and monitor patients' progress, and develop personalized care plans to meet their individual needs.,Educate patients and their families about stroke symptoms, prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for stroke patients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff, and follow all infection control and safety protocols.,Provide emotional support to patients and their families, and help them cope with the challenges of stroke and rehabilitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a stroke rehabilitation setting or a related field.,Certification as a Stroke Care Nurse (SCN) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of stroke pathophysiology, assessment, and rehabilitation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to stroke patients.,Fluency in both English and local language is a plus.
