📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.,Manage a team of nurses, delegating tasks, and ensuring high standards of patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new nurses.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Experience in managing a team of nurses is a plus.
