📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products to meet their needs.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.,Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
