📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payments,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports,Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
