You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best candidates for the job. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's hiring needs and market trends to ensure we are attracting the right talent.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to expand our talent pool.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
