📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of coffee processing and distribution activities,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers,Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Strong understanding of operational efficiency and quality control,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Knowledge of coffee processing and distribution is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
