📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.,Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Manage and mentor a team of sales promotion staff to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or promotions, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales tools and software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
