PT Giri Mulya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our branch and driving its success. As a Lead Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the branch complies with all relevant regulations and laws.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that the branch is well-stocked and that all necessary supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.,A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
