In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and creating a positive work environment that encourages growth and development. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and collaborate with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will focus on employee engagement initiatives to ensure our team members feel valued and motivated.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, and BambooHR.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and other HR tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
