As a Deputy HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and assisting in the development of HR strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee data and maintaining HR records.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in handling HR-related administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or HR environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
