📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the management of retail sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promoting our products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Assisting in inventory management and stock control to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Providing sales reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail sales software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
